Shipping Info: All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.

All packages are shipped via regular post from Spain.

If you’d like your records to be shipped with registered post for an additional charge, please send us an email through the contact form and we can make the necessary arrangements.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have not been shipped via registered post.

In case of pre-ordered items, the order will be shipped within 7 days from the day of availability of the goods in our warehouse.
Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Numbers - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
